What is a structure on Gambier?
The Associated Islands around Gambier have their own land-use bylaw, Bylaw 120. It is not the same as Denman’s book, or Salt Spring’s.
A home on wheels is not a home here
On these islands, you may not live in a mobile home or a camper. The bylaw lists that as a thing that is not allowed, in every zone.

The bylaw’s word for a house does not include a mobile home or a camper.
